PostNL Engineering Day, Internal Event, 2025

PostNL Engineering Day is an internal event for PostNL employees that is scheduled every year.

This year’s talk was also special for me because I tried to deliver my story by creating an analogy between two topics that I am passionate about: “Motorsports” and “Building Software”. These two completely different activities use feedback loops to boost efficiency. I tried to explain how feedback loops keep everything under control. A blog post is coming soon about this talk.
